How a Concussion Affects Your Vision

As an optometrist, I believe I have a responsibility to educate patients about their eye health. One of the areas in which I feel people are underserved is post-concussion vision syndrome.

When someone sustains a concussion, their visual system could become damaged, which impacts the way they see and perceive their surroundings. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with Peyman; a young man who’s been struggling with the visual symptoms of a concussion for over a year.
